• Is it safe to pay by credit card?
    Paying by credit card is absolutely safe because communications between our website and the bank are encrypted and cannot be traced by third parties.
  • If I leave my card details in memory, can they be used by third parties?
    No, our operators will not be able to view your data in any way.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept payment by Visa, Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apply Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.


  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping is always free of charge.
  • Do the displayed prices include Duties and Taxes?
    Yes, items viewed and ordered within Canada will include Duties and Taxes in the displayed retail price.
  • What are the average delivery times?
    The average delivery time is 3-6 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. In the event of a large influx of orders (such as sales, promotions or the Christmas period), delivery times may be delayed due to causes beyond our control.
  • Can I track my order?
    UPS, FedEx, or USPS racking information will be sent out via email when your order has been dispatched.
  • Can I choose the delivery time?
    Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.  Shipping options cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
  • Can I change the delivery address of my order?
    It is not possible to change the address after the order has been placed. If you notice any discrepancies in the shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team at as soon as possible.


  • Can I request a return of an ordered item?
    Our return procedure only allows for refunding returned items.
  • How long do I have to return my order?
    You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return request.  In order to request a return, please email with your order number and request.

    Pre-paid return labels will be provided for domestic US orders.  International orders will need be shipped by the recipient of the order.

  • Can I change the shipping address of an order in progress?
